The current warranty claim submission website will be officially shut down on May 23, 2025.

We understand the importance of a seamless warranty claim process and want to ensure a smooth transition until our new warranty claims portal, currently under development, is fully implemented. We anticipate the new warranty claims portal will be live within the 2026 calendar year.
