TOPE BILLTRUST ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM FINAL REMINDER

The current ACH site will officially shut down on Friday, May 15, so if you haven't already signed up for BillTrust please read below or forward to the proper Accounts Payable employee:

We are excited to announce that we will be transitioning from our current ACH payment system over to a new online payment system called BillTrust. We've been testing this system for several months and believe this transition will be a benefit to you. If you could forward this email to your dealerships Account Payable representative it would be greatly appreciated.

We created a PDF flyer that shows a step-by-step breakdown on how you can get set up with BillTrust. We recommend that you download the flyer before trying to set your account up. We know change can be difficult, but we are confident that you will be pleased when you transition over to the new system. You will will need to know your TOP Equipment account number and have a previous invoice number to get signed up. This information is easily accessible on a TOP Equipment statement.

Key positives to the new site versus our current ACH online system:

• You can securely store your bank information on the site so you're not having to enter every time to make a payment

• You can use existing credits to pay off invoices without having to actually make a payment. This will be extremely beneficial to those of you that have multiple rebate or warranty credits that are higher than their current balance

• You can print or download statements and invoices directly from the site

• You will be able to schedule a payment to be made in advance
